EffectiveApertureTable

class nyx.instrument.aperture_table.EffectiveApertureTable[source]

Bases: object

iactrace effective-aperture table, read from a file.

Variables:
  • origin (numpy.ndarray, shape (2,)) – Field offset of lattice node (0, 0), [lon, lat] in radians.

  • step (numpy.ndarray, shape (2,)) – Node spacing along [lon, lat], in radians.

  • offset (numpy.ndarray, shape (n_pixels, 2)) – Node index of each pixel’s response window corner.

  • values (numpy.ndarray, shape (n_pixels, W, W)) – Effective area at each node, in m^2.

  • on_axis_area (float) – Band-averaged on-axis effective area over all pixels, in m^2; what values is normalised by.

  • wavelengths (numpy.ndarray, shape (K,)) – Bandpass grid, in nm.

  • spectral_area (numpy.ndarray, shape (K,)) – On-axis total effective area at each wavelength, in m^2.

  • meta (dict) – Provenance recorded by the scan.
